Dan Greenberg, CEO

Dan has been at the cutting edge of digital advertising since 2005, bringing together unique expertise in viral engineering, persuasive technology and native monetization. A Stanford University graduate, Dan was recently named to Forbes’ ’30 Under 30’ list and has been honored as an Ad Age Media Maven.

Rob Fan, CTO

An early adopter of lean principles learned directly through Lean Startup author Eric Ries and investor Steve Blank, Rob has used these principles to grow Sharethrough into an international organization. Prior to Sharethrough, Rob worked for Booz Allen Hamilton and earned degrees from both Stanford and Johns Hopkins universities.

Shannon Espinola, VP of People

Shannon brings to Sharethrough nearly 20 years of HR leadership at tech companies. As Head of People Strategy for Castlight Health, Shannon helped drive Castlight’s rapid growth through IPO to establish the company as a leading healthcare software provider. Shannon holds a JD from Golden Gate University School of Law and a BA from San Jose State University.

Patrick Davis, CFO

Patrick brings over 15 years experience in technology to Sharethrough, through his career having raised over $1B in venture equity and debt. Patrick has worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Digital Realty Trust (NYSE:DLR) and later as a founding employee & CFO of Vantage Data Centers. Patrick has a BS from the University of Oregon and an MBA from the University of California at Berkeley.
